We would like to reassure you that Dedes Waterfront Group including all ourvenues are taking proactive measures to protect our team members, clients, guests and suppliers from the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). These measures have been implemented in-line with direction and guidelines from SafeWork NSW and the NSW Health department.
Dedes Waterfront Group have:
- Increased our already stringent health and hygiene practices at our venues to ensure a safe environment for our team and visitors. This includes disinfecting key touch points in our public areas frequently.
- Implemented a health policy with our staff in-line with NSW Health department guidelines. Our team have been advised to self-isolate for 2 weeks if they display any signs of a cold or flu.

Like many other hospitality groups in NSW, we appreciate community concerns around gatherings including events and dining out. While it’s deemed safe, our cafes, restaurants and function venues (all of which hold less than 500 people) are open for business. As we have for the last 20+ years, we strive to provide our clients and guests with exceptional hospitality at all our venues. This includes our quality controls around health and safety.
We are closely monitoring the situation including guidelines, directives and recommendations from SafeWork NSW and the NSW Health Department and will act accordingly.
